Unhealed trauma will make you hold onto people longer than you should and tolerate sh*t you don't deserve because you lack self-worth and don't want to feel alone. Healing makes you realize some people don't deserve access to your life – no matter how much you love them.

sad how you can spend months & months getting to know someone, sharing parts of your life & soul, be good to them, there for them, & understand them through good & bad. Genuinely care. then one day it all ends like it never happened & they leave you wondering why try ever again

suddenly becoming aggressively inspired is an indescribable feeling

Normalize saying, “I am not regulated to have a conversation right now. I am going to take space to feel what I need to feel, come to center & get back to you in x amount of days.”

Don’t just ghost.
Don’t perform like everything is OK.
Don’t unload your dysregulation on others.

To procrastinate is to be entitled. It is arrogant. It assumes there will be a later. It assumes you’ll have the discipline to get to it later (despite not having the discipline now).

FOCUS on YOU. You’ve done enough for the ungrateful.
